Before you continue, check the Mishkon calendar to make sure there is nothing scheduled at the time you wish to hold your event.

Please provide two dates if possible. Mishkon's office staff will be in touch to confirm your event date based on our internal calendar.

Will you need technical assistance from our office staff to create Zoom link or to screenshare?

Please distinguish if there are different costs for members, non-members and children.
Is there a cut off for registration? 
Will food be provided, is there an additional cost for those staying for food, are there different meal preferences people should choose from while registering for the event?
