High Holy Days Child Programs Registration

1. Our child care is for children 18 months through 7 years. 
2. All children must be checked in at the childcare table in the school building.
3. Children also need to be checked in and out of the school building's child care pick-up and drop-off area. There is a check-in sheet for this reason. Please do not take your child from the childcare area without checking him/her out.
4. You must be present on the synagogue premises at all times.
5. Only the child’s parent or someone you have designated in writing may check out your child.
6. WHAT TO BRING:  Please bring necessary changes of clothing and/or diapers and wipes for your child. All items should be labeled with the child’s name and placed in a bag or container with his/her name.
7. A snack will be provided during daytime sessions. Please advise the childcare providers if your child(ren) has any food allergies or restrictions.
8. Please bring a labeled lunch for your child(ren). Teachers will provide it to them at lunchtime in the classroom. 
9. All child care fees and forms MUST be received no later than Friday, September 1. We will not process any child care registrations after that date.
10. Because we schedule staff based on registrations, we cannot provide child care for drop-ins. Only children with prepaid registrations received by Friday, September 1 will be accepted.
