Kabbalat Shabbat Service and Dinner
Friday, May 30  6 - 8 p.m. 
Join us for our Scholar-in-Residence Shabbat, at which we are honored to have Rabbi Dr. Gordon Bernat-Kunin teach us following Kabbalat Shabbat service and dinner. Dinner is $36 per person and non-meat options will be available.

Shabbat Morning Service and Kiddush
Saturday, May 31  9:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Rabbi Dr. Gordon Bernat-Kunin will provide the D'var Torah during Shabbat services. Following kiddush lunch, he will lead us in an interactive study and discussion.
 
 

About Rabbi Gordon Bernat-Kunin

Rabbi Gordon Bernat-Kunin serves as Rabbinic Head of School and Director of the Beit Midrash/Global Beit Midrash at the Milken Community High School. He was the founder and Educational Director of Makor and a Lecturer in Rabbinics at the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies. He was ordained at the Jewish Theological Seminary and received his Ph. D. in Religion and Social Ethics from USC.
