Login & Registration Instructions

Step 1
Every Mishkon member (and friend of the shul) now has their own online account. In order to access your online account, click here and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to set your password. Please DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT, only use the link provided and the email address we currently have on file for you. Creating a new account will only lead to more frustrations for you.

Step 2
Once you've logged in, you'll want to navigate to "My Account" in the menu bar up top. There, you can verify your information as well as that of your family. You can even save payment information to make life even easier.

Step 3
Before you do anything else, you will want to renew or establish your membership. The online system gives you the option of paying up front or over time, by card (3.5% fee) or by echeck (no fee). Your membership needs to be current before you can enroll your child in school or request High Holy Days tickets.

Step 4
Once your account is current, you can register for High Holy Days tickets. All members of your immediate family (i.e. children up to and including age 25) receive complementary tickets with your membership. If you join at the Ma'aser level, you receive two (2) additional complementary tickets. We have traditional services and family services, child care and camp, and other programs to check out. As a member, you can even request additional tickets for guests at a discounted rate. Please note that everyone who wishes to attend any High Holy Days service or program must be registered online in advance.

Step 5 (optional)
Once you've logged in and renewed your membership, you can begin school enrollment. You'll want to select "Religious School" or "Preschool" from the drop-down menu and follow the prompts from there. The best part about this new system is you only have to enter this information once - no more repetitive forms for multiple children. And next year, you'll simply need to verify the information on file is still accurate. Here too, you can choose to pay up front or over time.

If you have any issues with the online portal, please check out the video above. If you are still having issues, please call the office to have someone assist you.
