Members and non-members are invited to preserve their loved ones’ name with an engraved memorial plaque to be displayed on the walls of the sanctuary. The hundreds of plaques now in place remind us of the people who shaped our lives and those of earlier Mishkonians. To reserve a plaque, please download and submit the form below by email or by traditional mail. You may also reserve a plaque for yourself.
