Praying with our Feet is our monthly family social justice  program for religious school families only.  When Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel returned from marching in Selma, Alabama with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr his students asked him, "Did you find time to pray while you were in Selma?" Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel responded that he prayed with his feet.  What does this mean to pray with our feet? Praying with our feet means that marching, protesting, speaking out against injustices, this is all part of prayer as well. Each month we will be exploring through prayer different social justice topics.  Organized and led by the Religious School. Contact our Religious School Director, Sasha Dominguez, with any questions at religiousschool@mishkon.org.
