Reserving High Holiday Seats

To reserve your seats, download the .zip file with the PDF forms linked here: High Holiday Reservation Form  You may also call the synagogue office to request this form or stop by during office hours.

Complete both pages and please return the form with your payment to the office by August 21. Children under age 13 are encouraged to participate in our Children’s Programs. Use the same form to register children for these programs; please reserve in advance, as space is limited. If you have questions, you may call the office at (310) 392-3029.

We make every effort to provide desired seating based on last year’s seat assignments. Seating preference is given first to members, then to those who register early. If you are not a member, please consider joining at this time to help ensure Mishkon’s future and so that you may enjoy all membership benefits, including priority seating.

Why do we need to charge for reserved High Holiday seats? We charge for reserved seats to help cover expenses for the High Holidays and during the year. Each year we hold more than 125 services for Shabbat and other holidays. Everyone is welcome to all of these services, and (except for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur) you may have any seat you wish at no charge. Mishkon will not turn away anyone from any service because of finances. So please support another year of quality programming and services by mailing your High Holiday Reservation Form today.

Parking included. Once again, we have asked the office of Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky to arrange free parking for our reserved seat holders. This parking is located in the county lot at the end of Rose Avenue. A limited amount of handicapped parking will be available, with an official handicapped placard. Parking information and passes will be mailed to you with your seat tickets if you register by August 28.  Tickets for seats reserved too late for mailing will be held at the door.
